The invention relates to an alkali residue-based fine-grain shield muck curing agent and a method for preparing a road roadbed material by using the curing agent, and belongs to the technical field of road engineering materials. The alkali residue-based shield muck curing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-55 parts of alkali residues, 20-25 parts of fluidized bed boiler ash, 15-20 parts of carbide slag, 10-15 parts of steel slag and 0.5-1.5 parts of a water repellent. The water repellent is one or two of alkyl silicate, alkyl alkoxy silane and stearate. Wherein traditional curing materials such as cement clinker and lime are not used, the characteristics of high water content, high compressibility and low strength of the shield muck are synergistically improved by utilizing the industrial solid wastes, and the integrity, water stability and strength of the cured shield muck are improved. The cement can replace traditional silicate cement to be applied to road subgrade construction projects.
本发明涉及一种碱渣基细粒盾构渣土固化剂及其用于制备道路路基材料的方法,属于道路工程材料技术领域。碱渣基盾构渣土固化剂包括如下重量份的原料:碱渣45‑55份、流化床锅炉灰20‑25份、电石渣15‑20份、钢渣10‑15份和憎水剂0.5‑1.5份;所述憎水剂为烷基硅酸盐、烷基烷氧基硅烷和硬脂酸盐中的一种或两种。其中不使用水泥熟料、石灰等传统固化材料,利用工业固体废弃物协同改善盾构渣土高含水率、高压缩性、低强度的特性,提升盾构渣土固化后的整体性、水稳定性和强度。能够代替传统硅酸水泥应用于道路路基建设工程。
