The invention provides a carbon fiber reinforced ZrB2-based ceramic composite material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of new material preparation, the ZrB2-based ceramic composite material uses ZrB2 as a matrix and carbon fiber as a reinforcement, and the volume ratio of the carbon fiber is 40%-50%; the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out ball milling on ZrB2 ceramic powder, and fully and uniformly mixing the ZrB2 ceramic powder with a boric acid solution to obtain ZrB2 ceramic powder slurry; 2) infiltrating the ZrB2 ceramic slurry into carbon fibers, and uniformly mixing to obtain a target precursor; 3) standing the target precursor at room temperature, and drying to obtain the target precursor; the preparation method comprises the following steps of 1, preparing a precursor, 2, carrying out dry pressing on the precursor, and carrying out isostatic pressing treatment on a molded green body to obtain a target cold green body, and 3, placing the cold green body in a graphite crucible, and carrying out high temperature treatment to obtain the target composite ceramic material.The bending strength and fracture toughness of the carbon fiber reinforced ZrB2 ceramic composite material are obviously improved.
本发明提出了一种具有碳纤维增强ZrB2基陶瓷复合材料及其制备方法,属于新材料制备技术领域,ZrB2基陶瓷复合材料采用以ZrB2为基体,以碳纤维为增强体,碳纤维的体积占比为40%~50%;其制备方法是:1)将ZrB2陶瓷粉体球磨后与硼酸溶液充分混匀,得到ZrB2陶瓷粉体浆料;2)将ZrB2陶瓷浆料渗入碳纤维中,混合均匀得到目标前驱体;3)将目标前驱体在室温下静置、干燥,得到目标前驱体;4)将前驱体干压成型,将成型坯体经过等静压处理获得目标冷坯体;5)将冷坯体置于石墨坩埚中,高温处理,获得目标复合陶瓷材料。本发明中碳纤维增强ZrB2陶瓷复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性明显提高。
