The invention relates to a preparation method of a preform. The preparation method comprises the following steps: forming a preform lower layer; forming a sacrificial layer on the lower layer of the preform; forming a preform middle layer around the sacrificial layer; forming a prefabricated body upper layer on the prefabricated body middle layer; the prefabricated body comprises the following layers: a prefabricated body lower layer; a preform middle layer having a sacrificial layer; the prefabricated body upper layer and the prefabricated body lower layer are formed by laminating carbon cloth and a carbon fiber net tire and/or a pre-oxidized wire net tire; the prefabricated body upper layer is formed by laminating carbon cloth and a carbon fiber net tire and/or a pre-oxidized wire net tire; and the preform middle layer is formed by laminating carbon cloth coated with a sacrificial layer and a carbon fiber mesh tire and/or a pre-oxidized wire mesh tire. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the carbon-carbon product and a preparation method of the heat preservation cylinder.
