Surface anti-weathering coating liquid for stone cultural relics and anti-weathering treatment method
The invention discloses a surface anti-weathering coating liquid for stone cultural relics and an anti-weathering treatment method. The surface anti-weathering coating liquid comprises the following steps: S1, preparing modified cyclodextrin from calcium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide and beta-cyclodextrin; s2, preparing calcium hydroxide from calcium oxide and modified cyclodextrin; s3, mixing calcium hydroxide with carbon powder, and carrying out heat treatment to obtain modified calcium hydroxide particles; and S4, adding the modified calcium hydroxide particles into an alcohol solvent, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain the anti-weathering coating liquid. According to the method, the calcium hydroxide subjected to inclusion treatment is mixed with the carbon powder, and the carbon powder is rapidly heated within a short time by utilizing an induction heating principle, so that a part of cyclodextrin structure is damaged at a high temperature, and the exposure of the calcium hydroxide is realized. Through a special modification means, the dispersion effect of calcium hydroxide in an alcohol solvent is improved, and the influence of modification on the anti-weathering effect is avoided.
本发明公开了一种用于石质文物的表面防风化涂液及防风化处理方法,包括以下步骤:S1、取氢氧化钙、氢氧化钠和β‑环糊精制得改性环糊精;S2、将氧化钙和改性环糊精制得氢氧化钙;S3、取氢氧化钙与炭粉混合进行热处理,得到改性氢氧化钙颗粒;S4、改性氢氧化钙颗粒加入醇溶剂中,搅拌混匀,即制得防风化涂液。本发明将包合处理后的氢氧化钙与炭粉混合,并利用感应加热的原理,使炭粉在短时间内快速升温,进而使部分环糊精结构在高温下出现结构的破坏,实现氢氧化钙的裸露。本发明通过特殊的改性手段既提高了氢氧化钙在醇溶剂中的分散效果,又避免了上述改性对防风化效果的影响。
