The invention relates to the technical field of reinforcing and lifting of airport runway panel foundations, and provides a reinforcing and lifting method of an airport runway panel foundation, which comprises the following steps: detecting the void settlement condition of a foundation below each panel of an airport runway; curtain holes are uniformly distributed in the peripheral edge of the first pavement slab corresponding to the foundation subjected to void settlement at intervals; the periphery of the first pavement slab is connected with the second pavement slab, and curtain holes are uniformly distributed in the edge of one side, connected with the first pavement slab, of the second pavement slab at intervals; grouting the curtain hole to form a support curtain for supporting the first pavement slab and the edge of the second pavement slab adjacent to the first pavement slab; and vertically and downwards drilling holes in the first pavement slab, and respectively carrying out deep grouting lifting and shallow grouting leveling on the void settlement area and the corresponding first pavement slab according to different drilling depths. Accurate detection and accurate reinforcing and lifting are conducted on the pavement slab and the foundation below the pavement slab, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the structural strength and the service life of the airport runway are guaranteed.
