The invention relates to an asphalt pavement preventive maintenance device which comprises a rack, a spraying assembly, a moving assembly and a cleaning assembly, the rack is connected with a fixing shaft, and a first cavity and a second cavity are formed in the fixing shaft; the spraying assembly comprises a plurality of rotating rings rotationally connected with the fixing shaft, bristles are arranged on the outer sides of the rotating rings, the fixing shaft is further connected with a spraying pipe, and the spraying pipe communicates with the first cavity; the moving assembly comprises a rotating wheel connected with the rack, and the bristles can make contact with the ground in the rotating process of the rotating wheel; the cleaning assembly comprises an air pump connected with the rack, the air pump communicates with the second cavity, the fixing shaft is further connected with an air spraying pipe, and the air spraying pipe communicates with the second cavity and is used for spraying air to the road surface in front of the device. The application has the effect of reducing the risk of non-uniform smearing of the curing agent by cleaning the road surface in advance and reducing the condition of excessive adhesion of impurities when the bristles are in contact with the ground.
