Recyclable turning structure and turning method
The invention discloses a recyclable swivel structure and a swivel method. An existing turning device cannot be taken out after turning is completed, and a turning support and a supporting foot are used as disposable components. An upper seat plate is connected below an upper pre-embedded plate, and a lower seat plate is connected above a lower pre-embedded plate; the lower seat plate is of a split structure and is connected through a connecting bolt; a through hole is formed in the center of the upper seat plate; a circular concave hole is formed in the center of the lower seat plate; a middle plate is arranged between the upper seat plate and the lower seat plate; the middle plate is a stepped cylinder, the bottom of the middle plate is arranged in the circular concave hole in the lower seat plate, and the top of the middle plate is arranged in the circular through hole in the upper seat plate; an elastic body is arranged between the middle plate and the lower seat plate; and a horizontal rotating friction pair is arranged between the upper seat plate and the middle plate. The lower seat plate is of a split type splicing structure, after rotation is completed, the anchor bolts and the connecting bolts are sequentially dismantled, the lower seat plate can be separated, and therefore the rotation support is horizontally moved out.
本发明公开了一种可循环利用的转体结构及转体方法。现有转体装置在转体完成后无法取出,转体支座、撑脚作为一次性构件使用。本发明上预埋板下方连接有上座板,下预埋板上方连接有下座板;下座板为分体结构,通过连接螺栓连接;上座板中心设有通孔,下座板中心设有圆形内凹孔;上、下座板间设有中间板;中间板为阶梯型圆柱状,底部设置于下座板上的圆形内凹孔内,顶部设置于上座板上的圆形通孔内;中间板与下座板之间设置有弹性体;上座板与中间板间设有水平转动摩擦副。本发明下座板采用分体式拼装结构,在转体完成后,依次拆除锚固螺栓、连接螺栓,下座板即可发生分离,从而将转体支座水平移出。
