Grouting device for pouring fiber composite concrete in pile foundation
The grouting device for pouring the fiber composite concrete in the pile foundation comprises a grouting pipe, the lower end of the grouting pipe is connected with a grouting head which is arranged in an inner cavity of a reinforcement cage during use, and the grouting pipe is connected with a first branch grouting pipe and a second branch grouting pipe which are located on the upper side of the grouting head. The first branch grouting pipe and the second branch grouting pipe are rotationally connected to the front side and the rear side of the grouting pipe correspondingly, and the first branch grouting pipe is provided with a first grout outlet which is obliquely arranged downwards from right to left and used for penetrating through a gap between two adjacent vertical steel bars to stretch out to the left side of a steel reinforcement cage. The second branch grouting pipe is provided with a second grout outlet which is obliquely arranged downwards from left to right and used for penetrating through the gap between the two adjacent vertical steel bars to extend to the right side of the steel reinforcement cage, and reset springs are arranged between the grouting pipe and the first branch grouting pipe and between the grouting pipe and the second branch grouting pipe respectively. The technical problem that in the prior art, the fiber content between the reinforcement cage and the hole wall of the pile foundation hole is reduced due to the existence of the reinforcement cage is solved.
本发明涉及一种桩基内浇筑纤维复合混凝土的灌浆装置,包括灌浆管,灌浆管的下端连接有使用时置于钢筋笼内腔中的注浆头,灌浆管上连接有位于注浆头上侧的第一支注浆管和第二支注浆管,第一支注浆管、第二支注浆管分别转动连接于灌浆管的前后两侧,第一支注浆管具有自右至左朝下倾斜设置的用于穿过相邻两个竖向钢筋间隙而伸出到钢筋笼左侧的第一出浆口,第二支注浆管具有自左至右朝下倾斜设置的用于穿过相邻两个竖向钢筋间隙而伸出到钢筋笼右侧的第二出浆口,灌浆管与第一支注浆管、第二支注浆管之间分别设置有复位弹簧。本发明解决了现有技术中钢筋笼与桩基孔孔壁之间纤维含量会因为钢筋笼存在而减少的技术问题。
