The invention provides a construction method of a hard riverbed bearing platform. The construction method of the hard riverbed bearing platform comprises the following steps of construction preparation; a rock layer is partitioned, and the rock surface needing to be broken is divided into a plurality of rock blocks through a mountain cutting saw; height difference is manufactured, the lower portion of a rock block cut by the mountain cutting saw is further connected with a rock stratum, a horizontal automatic water mill drill is used for drilling a hole downwards in the circumferential direction of one rock block along a cutting seam, and after circumferential drilling of the rock surface is completed, a splitting device is used for being inserted into the drilled hole, so that the splitting device cracks the current rock block to the bottom height of the cutting seam; a height difference is formed between the current rock block and the surrounding rock stratum; after the rock stratum is split and the height difference is formed, a horizontal automatic water mill drill is used for transversely drilling holes from the low rock stratum to the high rock stratum, parts of the drill holes coincide to form a hole row, the two ends of the hole row are drilled to the cutting seams respectively, then a splitting device is inserted into the hole row drilled by the horizontal automatic water mill drill, and the high rock stratum is cracked by the splitting device; and rock stratum slag is discharged, and a bearing platform is poured.
