Backhoe excavator auxiliary tool and construction method thereof
The auxiliary tool is used for being installed on the lower side of a bottom plate of a bucket of the backhoe excavator and assisting the backhoe excavator in operation and comprises two box bodies. The side faces, below the center of the bucket, of the two box bodies abut against each other, the other side faces, below the edge of the bucket, of the two box bodies are open, a linkage door is hinged to the other side faces, the front faces and the rear faces of the box bodies are open, a gravity door is hinged to the other side faces, and suspension rods are distributed and fixed to the top faces of the box bodies, penetrate through a bucket bottom plate and are matched with nuts at the upper side position of the bucket bottom plate. The linkage rod penetrates through the bucket bottom plate and is matched with nuts on the upper side and the lower side of the bucket bottom plate. The tool can assist the backhoe excavator in leveling, soil taking and soil discarding operation in a narrow pit site, manual operation is avoided, and the tool can be repeatedly used.
本发明公开一种反铲挖掘机辅助工具及其施工方法，该工具用于安装在反铲挖掘机铲斗底板下侧并辅助反铲挖掘机作业，包括两个箱体，两个箱体在铲斗中心下方的一侧面背靠在一起、在铲斗边缘下方的另一侧面敞开且在上边铰接联动门、前后面敞开且在上边铰接重力门、顶面分布固定悬杆，悬杆穿过铲斗底板且在铲斗底板上侧位置配合螺母，联动门铰接联动杆，联动杆穿过铲斗底板且在铲斗底板上下侧位置均配合螺母。该工具能辅助反铲挖掘机在狭小的坑内场地进行整平、取土、弃土操作，避免了人工作业，能重复使用。
