The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and provides a novel house building system which comprises the following steps: S1, making a concrete cushion layer on a foundation; s2, strip-shaped foundation steel bars are bound on the cushion layer; s3, column ribs are bound, steel bars are placed in the column ribs, the column ribs are sleeved with column skins, and the column skins are sleeved with column shells; s4, measuring the distance between every two columns after the columns are installed and positioned; s5, ground keels and upper keels are laid between adjacent columns, vertical keels are installed after the positions of doors and windows are determined, transverse steel bars penetrate through the vertical keels, and inner and outer wallboards are installed; s6, reinforcing steel bars are installed on the tops of the columns to surround a circle, baffles are installed on the inner sides and the outer sides of the reinforcing steel bars, and concrete is poured into the baffles; and S7, the top plate is hoisted to the top to be installed. By means of the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, a prefabricated assembly type building is high in transportation cost, and the labor intensity of workers is high are solved.
