Restrained stress angle steel reinforcing system for old power transmission tower
An old power transmission tower constraint type stress angle steel reinforcing system belongs to the field of power transmission line tower maintenance and is provided with a forging and pressing assembly, a constraint stress assembly, a rivet fixing assembly and a hydraulic assembly. The forging and pressing assembly comprises an extrusion plate, a hydraulic push rod and a push plate. Two groups of extrusion plates, two groups of hydraulic push rods and two groups of push plates are arranged; the bottom ends of the extrusion plates in each group are connected with pushing plates through hydraulic pushing rods, and a constraint stress assembly is contained between the two groups of pushing plates; the constraint stress assembly comprises two sets of stress constraint frames, a containing space is formed between the stress constraint frames after butt joint, and an angle steel object is arranged in the containing space; the rivet fixing assembly is connected between the extrusion plate and the stress constraint frame; the hydraulic assembly is connected with a hydraulic pushing rod in the forging and pressing assembly and drives a pushing plate to apply pressure to the angle steel object through the hydraulic pushing rod. The main material of the iron tower is effectively reinforced, the stress characteristics of the angle steel are not changed, and the good bearing performance of the power transmission iron tower is improved.
