The invention discloses a double-track mechanical hole forming method for an anti-slide pile or retaining wall with a horizontal boss and sawteeth, which comprises the following steps of: sequentially arranging a hoisting assembly and a U-shaped steel frame on a drilling machine from top to bottom, a horizontally arranged orthogonal track drill assembly, a vertically arranged transverse cutting track drill and a vertically arranged conical drill assembly are mounted on the U-shaped steel frame; the orthogonal track drill and the transverse cutting track drill are controlled to drill and dig the rock-soil body downwards to the designed depth of vertical drilling; meanwhile, a power assembly and a horizontal hydraulic cylinder of the conical drill assembly are started, a telescopic rod of the horizontal hydraulic cylinder extends to drive a conical drill to move laterally, and the power assembly drives a cutter head assembly to rotate to drill and dig the rock-soil body so as to form a conical hole; and the translation assembly drives the orthogonal crawler drill to laterally drill and dig the rock-soil body, so that a horizontal drill hole is formed. The drill bit has the advantages that component force block holes and horizontal boss holes are drilled in a rock-soil body through the conical drill assembly and the orthogonal track drill assembly, and the bending resistance and the sliding resistance of a slide-resistant pile or a retaining wall are improved.
