The invention discloses a retaining wall mechanical hole forming method with a rotary horizontal cantilever, which comprises the following steps that a hoisting assembly and a U-shaped steel frame are sequentially arranged on a drilling machine from top to bottom, and a rotary orthogonal track drill assembly which is horizontally arranged and a transverse cutting track drill which is vertically arranged are mounted on the U-shaped steel frame; the rotary orthogonal track drill and the transverse cutting track drill are controlled to drill the rock-soil body downwards to the designed depth of the vertical drill hole, and the vertical drill hole is transversely drilled through the transverse cutting track drill, so that a vertical wall hole is obtained; the rotating motor drives the rotating orthogonal track drill to rotate by a certain angle, the translation motor drives the rotating orthogonal track drill to laterally drill a rock-soil body so as to form a horizontal drill hole, and the horizontal drill hole is transversely drilled through the rotating orthogonal track drill so as to obtain a horizontal cantilever slab hole. The device has the advantages that a horizontal cantilever slab hole is drilled in a rock-soil body by rotating the orthogonal crawler drill assembly; and the vertical wall and the horizontal cantilever slab in the rock-soil body can form holes in one step, so that the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction and equipment cost is saved.
