Ramp assisting system and method for wheeled engineering machinery vehicle
The invention discloses a wheel type engineering machinery vehicle ramp assisting system which comprises a tilt angle sensor, a brake pressure sensor, a brake proportional valve, a brake foot valve and a controller. The tilt angle sensor is arranged on a frame of the engineering machinery vehicle and is used for detecting the posture of a vehicle body; the brake pressure sensor is respectively connected with the brake foot valve and the controller; the controller is connected with control ports of the brake proportional valve and the brake foot valve, a pressure output port of the brake proportional valve is connected with a pressure input port in one side of the shuttle valve, a pressure output port of the brake foot valve is connected with a pressure input port in the other side of the shuttle valve, and a pressure output port of the shuttle valve is connected with the brake. And the controller sends a corresponding control signal to the brake proportional valve according to monitoring data of the tilt angle sensor, so that the brake proportional valve outputs brake pressure. And when the vehicle is started on a slope, the controller controls the braking proportional valve according to the treading condition of the braking foot valve, so that the slope sliding condition during hill starting is prevented.
