The preparation method of the lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramic powder with controllable sintering shrinkage comprises the following steps: (1) weighing raw material powder required by lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramic according to a corresponding stoichiometric ratio, and mixing to obtain raw material raw powder; (2) molding the raw material raw powder, carrying out solid-phase synthesis, and carrying out crushing and dry-method mechanical vibration milling on the solid-phase synthesized block to obtain lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramic primary powder; and (3) loading the lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramic primary powder into a crucible, punching, and pre-sintering to obtain the lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramic powder with controllable sintering shrinkage.
