The invention discloses a regenerated block concrete pavement construction method based on a self-feeding mixer truck, which comprises the following steps: cleaning a target road section, and driving the self-feeding concrete mixer truck into the target road section; adding new concrete into the self-feeding concrete mixer truck, and stirring; shoveling the old concrete blocks from the feeding concrete mixer truck and stirring the old concrete blocks; after the new concrete and the old concrete blocks are uniformly mixed, the feeding concrete mixer truck runs to a to-be-poured target road section to pour the road surface; and the mixed concrete poured on the pavement is vibrated, and the vibrated recycled block concrete pavement formed through one-time pouring is obtained. By means of the method, the recycled concrete blocks can be evenly distributed in the combined concrete, the construction mechanization degree is high, the process is simple, a reference basis is provided for mechanical construction of the recycled concrete blocks for road construction, and reference data is provided for in-depth research of follow-up relevant content.
