The temporary parking apron for medical rescue comprises a first fixed base and a second fixed base, two sets of hinge bases are fixedly installed on one side of the second fixed base, and hinge rods inserted into the hinge bases are fixedly installed on the first fixed base; two sets of positioning mechanisms are fixedly installed on the top of the first fixing base, parking mechanisms used for parking the rescue helicopters are in lap joint with the interiors of the positioning mechanisms, and the parking mechanisms are in a horizontal state all the time due to the gravity of the parking mechanisms. The first fixing base, the second fixing base and the parking mechanism are designed in a split mode, transferring is facilitated, the building process is faster and more convenient, the arranged parking mechanism can rotate along the positioning mechanism, and therefore the parking mechanism can be in a horizontal state all the time due to the gravity of the parking mechanism; therefore, the parking mechanism can be ensured to be horizontally placed under the condition that the road surface is unstable, so that the parking mechanism can adapt to different ground environments.
