The invention discloses a device for reducing the dewatering and desanding rate of a foundation pit, which comprises a well casing part and a drainage part, a filter material layer is arranged between the well casing part and a dewatering well, the well casing part comprises a permeable pipe and a filter sleeve, the permeable pipe and the filter sleeve are both provided with filter holes, and the filter holes are communicated with the drainage part. The diameter of a filtering hole formed in the filtering sleeve is larger than that of a filtering hole formed in the pervious pipe, the pervious pipe is made of non-fine concrete, the pervious pipe is divided into a plurality of independent sections in the length direction of the pervious pipe, the end, facing the bottom of the dewatering well, of the filtering sleeve is of a closed structure, and the pervious pipe is sleeved with the filtering sleeve. The filter sleeve is used for preventing extrusion force generated in the filling process of the filter material layer from being transmitted to the permeable pipe. The filtering sleeve is arranged outside the water permeable pipe, extrusion force generated in the filling process of the filtering material layer can be prevented from being transmitted to the water permeable pipe, and therefore loosening/dislocation of the connecting portion of the water permeable pipe is avoided, and the sand filtering effect of the water permeable pipe in construction is ensured.
