Intelligent combined underground diaphragm wall structure and whole-process monitoring method thereof
The invention relates to an intelligent combined underground diaphragm wall structure and a whole-process monitoring method thereof. The intelligent combined underground diaphragm wall structure is of a plate-shaped structure and a groove-shaped structure which are formed by sequentially arranging an outer UHPC plate, a middle FRP layer and an inner UHPC plate from outside to inside and bonding the outer UHPC plate, the middle FRP layer and the inner UHPC plate through structural adhesive, or is of a rectangular tube structure; optical fibers are bonded and fixed in the rectangular tube structure and the groove-shaped structure; the corner column sections, the caisson sections and the connecting box sections are finally formed through the groove-shaped structures, the plate-shaped structures and the rectangular pipe structures. Corner columns, caissons and connecting boxes are respectively formed by combining; the corner columns, the caissons and the connecting boxes are connected to form an underground diaphragm wall; according to the whole-process monitoring method, after optical fibers of the caisson or the connecting box are sequentially connected to form a loop, a modulation instrument is connected for monitoring; the advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance and the like of UHPC and FRP materials are brought into full play, the respective defects of the UHPC and FRP materials are abandoned, the mass is reduced by more than half compared with a traditional reinforced concrete structure, the bearing capacity is high, and durability is good.
本发明为一种智能组合地下连续墙构型及其全过程监测方法,智能组合地下连续墙构型为外UHPC板、中FRP层、内UHPC板由外至内依序排列并以结构胶粘接形成的板状结构和槽型结构,或者形成了矩管结构;矩管结构以及槽型结构内粘接固定有光纤;通过槽型结构和板状结构、矩管结构最终构成角柱节、沉箱节以及连接箱节;并分别组合形成角柱、沉箱、连接箱;角柱、沉箱、连接箱连接形成地下连续墙;全过程监测方法通过沉箱或连接箱的光纤依序连接形成环路后,连接调制仪表进行监测;本发明充分发挥了UHPC、FRP材料高强度、耐腐蚀等优点,摒弃了两者各自的缺点,比传统钢筋混凝土结构质量减少一半以上、承载力高、耐久性好。
