Building energy-saving thermal insulation material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a building energy-saving heat preservation and insulation material and a preparation method thereof.The building energy-saving heat preservation and insulation material comprises at least two layers of parallel and opposite heat preservation and insulation plates, and a waved plate and a blocking plate which are located between the two adjacent layers of heat preservation and insulation plates; the wave crest and the wave trough of the waved plate are connected with the two adjacent layers of heat preservation and insulation plates in a sealed mode respectively, the two ends, perpendicular to the wave extending direction, of the waved plate are each connected with a blocking plate in a sealed mode, and a plurality of side-by-side heat preservation and insulation cavities are defined by each waved plate, the blocking plates at the two ends of the waved plate and the inner walls of the two adjacent layers of heat preservation and insulation plates. According to the building material, a plurality of side-by-side spaces are partitioned between every two adjacent layers of heat preservation and insulation plates through the waved plates, the spaces are sealed through the blocking plates to form the heat preservation and insulation cavities, the heat transfer performance of the building material is reduced through the adjacent heat preservation and insulation cavities, and therefore the heat preservation and insulation effect of the building material is improved.
