The invention relates to the field of building curtain walls, in particular to an energy-saving and environment-friendly building curtain wall which comprises a curtain wall body and the like. The curtain wall is composed of glass and a fixing frame, and the fixing frame is rectangular and surrounds the periphery of the glass. The fixing frame is composed of a top plate, a bottom plate and two side plates. A first water inlet is formed in a top plate of the fixed frame; a first water outlet is formed in a top plate of the fixed frame; two second water inlets are formed in a top plate of the fixed frame; the two side plates of the fixing frame are each provided with a second water outlet. By arranging the water diversion plate and the water accumulation groove in the water diversion plate and cooperating with the flowerpot with the bottom provided with the hole, the water drinking amount of plants is guaranteed, redundant water can overflow from the water accumulation groove when it rains heavily, then redundant rainwater is collected and reused, and efficient utilization of water resources is achieved.
