The invention discloses a building construction site concrete pouring device which comprises a conveying shell and further comprises first fixing frames fixed to the four corners of the conveying shell, walking shafts are rotationally connected to the first fixing frames, and rear walking wheels are fixedly connected to the outer sides of the walking shafts located on the rear side. When the device advances, front walking wheels rotate to drive a sweeping assembly to sweep garbage on the ground towards the two sides, a stirring assembly can stir and mix concrete, an arranged valve can control connection and disconnection of a discharging pipe, the valve is opened, and the concrete enters a conveying shell through the discharging pipe; a conveying shaft rotates to drive a spiral conveying plate to rotate to convey concrete, the concrete enters a scattering hopper through a discharging port to be scattered, and the conveying shaft rotates to drive a conveying gear to rotate, so that the scattering hopper fixed to an end face gear can be driven to rotate, and the concrete can be scattered evenly; and the spreading assembly can spread the scattered concrete to the two sides to avoid accumulation.
