The invention relates to a crucible for a bottom heating type flame crucible furnace and a processing method thereof.The crucible is composed of a body and a base, the body and the base are integrally formed, a plurality of supporting bosses are arranged on the base, flame paths are formed among the supporting bosses, and the processing method includes the steps of S1, material preparation and raw material pretreatment, S2, mixing granulation and S3, curing and ageing; s4, drying the pug; and S5, forming. The flame path is designed at the bottom of the crucible, so that a certain proportion of hot air is circularly heated at the bottom of the crucible, metal in the crucible is heated in all directions, and the heating efficiency is effectively improved. A basic material formula is improved, the breaking strength and toughness of the supporting boss are greatly improved on the premise of keeping excellent heat-conducting property, and abnormal conditions cannot occur after long-time use.
