The invention relates to the field of electric power engineering maintenance devices, in particular to a transformer substation auxiliary lifting device which comprises a rack, a climbing ladder, a working platform, a sliding frame, a lifting frame and a transformer substation grounding assembly. According to the transformer substation maintenance platform, the hoisting frame and the sliding frame are arranged on a traditional transformer substation maintenance platform, lifting or lifting adjustment can be conveniently conducted on a transformer substation, and therefore workers can maintain and repair the transformer substation conveniently, and by arranging the climbing ladder, the workers can maintain the transformer substation at different heights conveniently. The transformer substation grounding assembly is arranged, and cables and wires of the transformer substation are fixedly arranged on the transformer substation grounding assembly in the process that workers maintain the transformer substation, so that transformer substation circuit grounding is achieved in the maintenance process when power-on testing is not needed, and the safety of the workers is guaranteed; and the possibility of safety accidents in the maintenance process of the transformer substation is reduced.
