Phosphogypsum-based concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses ardealite-based concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of road engineering materials, the ardealite-based concrete comprises the following raw materials by weight: 70-75 parts of ardealite; 10 to 15 parts of cement; 7-15 parts of fly ash, 0.1-5 parts of quick lime and 0.1-1 part of a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing the ardealite, the fly ash and the quick lime by using a small crusher, and sieving until the particle size is less than 0.15 mm; and uniformly stirring and mixing the sieved phosphogypsum, quicklime and fly ash with cement and a water reducing agent to obtain the phosphogypsum-based concrete. According to the ardealite-based concrete and the preparation method thereof, the industrial waste residue ardealite is used in the concrete, the cement use cost is reduced, and an ardealite resource recycling mode is provided.
