Fabricated concrete pavement joint force transfer structure
The invention discloses an assembly type concrete pavement joint force transfer structure which comprises two mutually coupled rabbets, a force transfer rod and a road state information acquisition device, the two rabbets are arranged at the splicing position of two prefabricated pavements respectively, each rabbet is provided with a groove formed in the splicing direction of the two prefabricated pavements, and the force transfer rod is arranged in the groove. The two grooves form a placing cavity; the dowel bar is arranged in the placing cavity; and the road state information acquisition device is embedded in the dowel bar. The shear capacity of the joint is improved through the arranged dowel bar, the technical problem that the shear force of the joint is large is solved, the load transmission capacity of the joint is greatly improved through the structural form that the rabbet and the dowel bar are combined, the road surface condition can be monitored through the arranged road state information obtaining device, and the road quality is improved. Pavement diseases can be found as early as possible in time, and road damage is effectively reduced.
本发明公开一种装配式混凝土路面接缝传力结构,包括两个相互耦合的企口、传力杆和道路状态信息获取装置,两个所述企口分别设置于两个预制路面的拼接处,每个所述企口均形成有沿两个所述预制路面拼接方向布置的凹槽,两个所述凹槽构成放置腔;所述传力杆设置于所述放置腔中;所述道路状态信息获取装置嵌入于所述传力杆中。本发明通过设置的传力杆提高了接缝处的抗剪能力,解决了接缝处剪力大的技术问题,通过企口与传力杆结合的结构形式,极大的提高了接缝处传递荷载的能力,通过设置的道路状态信息获取装置能够实现对路面情况的监控,使得路面病害能够被尽早及时发现,有效减少了道路损伤。
