The invention provides an efficient bridge cable force adjusting system which comprises a ratchet wrench, a labor-saving device and a connecting rope, a wrench base of the ratchet wrench is connected with a handle, a first notch matched with a nut in shape is formed in the front end of the wrench base, a mounting groove is formed in the wrench base, and a protruding first limiting circular ring is arranged in the middle of the mounting groove; small balls are distributed on the first limiting ring, a groove is formed in the side wall of the mounting groove, a reset spring and a pawl are arranged in the groove, one end of the pawl is clamped in the groove, and the other end of the pawl is matched with the reset spring; a power chain wheel and a transmission chain wheel of the labor-saving device are arranged on a supporting frame and are in transmission through a chain, and a winding disc is fixedly arranged in the middle of the front end of the transmission chain wheel. Two ends of the connecting rope are respectively connected with the handle and the winding disc. The ratchet wrench can be directly sleeved with an inhaul cable type nut to rotate, the labor-saving device can assist in rotation of the ratchet wrench, single-person operation is achieved, operation is convenient, and time and labor are saved.
