The supporting frame avoids a bound reinforcing steel bar body through the heightening frame body, the inner mold assembly is driven to move through the lifting cross beam and the lifting hanging rod so that the inner mold assembly can be disassembled conveniently, meanwhile, the supporting frame is driven to move through the hydraulic climbing mold assembly, and then the inner mold assembly is driven to move so that the hollow thin-wall pier can be poured conveniently; and finally, the construction efficiency of the hollow thin-wall pier is improved.
