Pile-forming construction process for super-long cast-in-place concrete pile based on gas lift reverse circulation
The invention discloses a gas lift reverse circulation-based super-long cast-in-place concrete pile forming construction process, which comprises the following steps of: forming a hole in a first section: burying a steel casing, and forming the hole in the first section by adopting a rotary drilling rig until the hole in the first section penetrates through a silt layer; second-section hole forming is conducted, specifically, a reverse circulation drilling machine positive circulation process is adopted for hole forming of a second section till the hole depth reaches the first target depth; primary hole cleaning: lifting the drill rod to a first distance from the bottom of the hole, and cleaning the hole for the first time by adopting a positive circulation hole cleaning method; repeating the steps S2 and S3 until the hole depth reaches a second target depth; hoisting and connecting a reinforcement cage, and lowering a guide pipe; cleaning the hole for the second time; and underwater concrete pouring. The hole cleaning efficiency is greatly improved, the pile bottom sediment thickness is reduced, and the pile foundation engineering construction quality is improved.
