The invention provides a construction method of a building roof prefabricated heat preservation and protection system. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, a rigid roof surface layer, a parapet wall extending out of a roof and a sleeve structure flashing part are subjected to assembly type split design, production and construction; wherein the roof rigid protection layer and the ultra-low energy consumption heat preservation layer are used as a whole to be subjected to standard modulus splitting, a special mold is used for producing and machining to form the roof heat preservation integrated plate, and then after construction of a roof waterproof layer is completed, the plate blocks are rapidly spliced and laid according to deep design; then assembling a roof structure and a structure flashing position through a gutter PC, a sleeve closing-up PC, a support buttress PC and a flashing PC small prefabricated part; and finally, a PE rod and weather-proof sealant are used for caulking. The system is energy-saving, environment-friendly and ultralow in energy consumption; the construction speed is high and the construction period is short; the construction quality is good, and leakage repair is convenient; the construction procedures are few; and the building industrialization trend is met.
本发明提供了建筑屋面预制装配保温防护系统施工工法,首先将刚性屋面面层及出屋面的女儿墙、套管构筑物泛水部分进行装配式拆分设计、生产及施工;其中,将屋面刚性保护层与超低能耗保温层作为一个整体进行标准模数拆分,利用专用模具生产加工形成屋面保温一体板,然后在屋面防水层施工完毕后,根据深化设计对板块进行快速拼装铺贴;再通过天沟PC、套管收口PC、支架支墩PC、泛水PC小型预制构件进行出屋面构筑物、结构泛水位置的组装;最后利用PE棒、耐候胶进行嵌缝。本发明具有节能环保、超低能耗;施工速度快、施工周期短;施工质量好、渗漏返修便捷;施工工序少;符合建筑工业化趋势的优势。
