The garden landscape steps comprise a viewing platform, steps are arranged on the two sides of the viewing platform, a foundation pit is formed in the position, located between the steps, of the viewing platform in a digging mode, and a lifting mechanism is arranged in the foundation pit and comprises a lifting platform covering an opening of the foundation pit; a hydraulic supporting rod is arranged between the bottom face of the lifting platform and the pit bottom of the foundation pit. The hydraulic supporting rod comprises a cylinder barrel, the top end of the cylinder barrel is sleeved with a piston rod in a sealed and sliding mode, and a piston is sleeved with the cylinder barrel. According to the hydraulic supporting rod, the piston rod can be electrically controlled to rotate, the effect of adjusting the effective bearing piston area is achieved by selecting independent operation of the piston rod or operation of the piston rod and the piston together, and therefore the purpose of adjusting the operation speed of the hydraulic supporting rod is achieved. The operation speed of the hydraulic supporting rods can be increased through independent operation of the piston rods, and the operation efficiency of the viewing platform for getting on and off old tourists is improved.
