Construction method of light partition wall skirting line
The invention discloses a light partition wall skirting line construction method. The method comprises the steps that building-in grooves are formed in the ground; a supporting frame is erected on the construction position, and the lower end of a vertical rod of the supporting frame is implanted into the ground; the lower sides of the two skirting line boards are inserted into the two built-in grooves, and the two ends of a cross rod are connected to the two skirting line boards, so that a pouring space is defined between the two skirting line boards and the ground; a sealing plate is provided, a socket groove is formed in the upper portion of the sealing plate, and the sealing plate is placed on the supporting frame and connected between the upper sides of the skirting line plates on the two faces so as to seal an upper opening of the pouring space; concrete is poured in the pouring space; and after the concrete is solidified, the light partition wall is hoisted, and the lower portion of the light partition wall is inserted into the socket groove. The problems that slab staggering and cracking are prone to occurring in the construction process of an existing concrete base of the light partition wall are solved.
本发明公开了一种轻质隔墙踢脚线施工方法,包括:地面上分别开设嵌固槽;于施工位置上架设支撑架,支撑架的立杆的下端植入地面中;将两面踢脚线板的下侧插设于两嵌固槽中,并将横杆的两端连接于两面踢脚线板,使得两面踢脚线板与地面之间围合形成浇筑空间;提供封口板,封口板的上部形成有承插槽,将封口板搁置于支撑架上且连接于两面踢脚线板的上侧之间以封闭浇筑空间的上口;于浇筑空间内浇筑混凝土;在混凝土固结后,吊装轻质隔墙,将轻质隔墙的下部插设于承插槽中。本发明解决了现有的轻质隔墙的混凝土底座在施工过程中易出现错台、开裂的问题。
