Concrete vibration device
The invention discloses a concrete vibration device which comprises two supporting frames. A fixing frame is arranged between the two supporting frames. Two vibration motors are arranged at the top of the fixing frame; the output end of each vibration motor is connected with a vibration rod through a flexible shaft; the outer side of each flexible shaft is sleeved with a hose. Lifting mechanisms are arranged at the tops of the fixing frames; a lifting plate is arranged at the output end of the lifting mechanism; a first mounting groove is formed in the bottom of the lifting plate; a first bidirectional lead screw is rotationally connected into the first mounting groove; the first bidirectional lead screw is in threaded connection with two first sliding blocks. A first mounting seat is arranged at the bottom of each first sliding block; the hoses are fixedly connected to the first mounting seat; a driving mechanism used for driving the first bidirectional lead screw to rotate is arranged on one side of the lifting plate. The vibration rods are driven by the lifting mechanism to be inserted into concrete, meanwhile, the two vibration rods are driven by the driving mechanism to do horizontal reciprocating motion, the working efficiency and the vibration effect can be effectively improved, and the working intensity is reduced.
