The folding door driving device comprises a driving part which is connected with a rotating shaft, and the first end of the rotating shaft is connected with a connecting rod assembly; the first end of the elastic telescopic piece is rotationally connected with the second door; the second end of the rotating shaft is connected with the second end of the elastic telescopic piece through the connecting piece, and the second end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the connecting piece. According to the device, the second end of the elastic telescopic part does circular motion around the rotating center of the rotating shaft, the preset included angle between the connecting rod assembly and the elastic telescopic part is not changed in the process that the connecting rod assembly drives the second door to move, and it is guaranteed that in the whole moving process of the folding door, when gravitational torque is reverse, the second door is not damaged. The moment generated by the elastic telescopic piece in the rotating center of the rotating shaft through telescopic deformation can counteract at least part of gravitational moment of the second door, and the problem that the moment of the driving mechanism is difficult to balance due to reverse gravitational moment in the moving process of the second door is solved.
