A floor member for a scaffold, the floor member comprising two spaced apart side walls extending in the length direction of the floor member and a floor section connecting the side walls to each other, where on each of the side walls, a respective tubular structure is provided at a distance from the floor section, the invention relates to a tube assembly comprising a respective tubular structure having a tube axis extending in the length direction, characterized in that at least one of the tubular structures has a continuously connected contour in the circumferential direction in at least one position along the length direction, thereby increasing the torsional stiffness of the tubular structure about the tube axis.
