The invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy, in particular to a sloping field irrigation system for forest land water and soil conservation, which comprises a rainwater system for rainwater collection and irrigation and an irrigation system for pumping and drip irrigation during drought, and is characterized in that the rainwater system is arranged in a valley so as to collect rainwater to enable the rainwater to irrigate a sloping field through the irrigation system during drought; the rainwater system comprises a grain tank, a suspended matter and a rainwater hose, the irrigation system comprises a top tank, a suspended matter, a water pumping hose and a plurality of drip irrigation assemblies, and a water inlet is formed in the position, below the suspended matter on the water pumping hose, of the water pumping hose so that water pumped by a water pump can flow into the water pumping hose; the water pumping hose and the suspended matter on the water pumping hose are both placed in the top tank, and the suspended matter can ascend and descend along with ascending and descending of the water surface in the top tank. By arranging the rainwater system and the irrigation system, rainwater is used for irrigating soil under the earth surface through the irrigation system, so that the soil under the earth surface is kept moist, growth of grass and trees is facilitated, water and soil are kept, and the ecological environment problem is solved.
