The inorganic-organic composite binding agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of light calcined magnesia, 15-25 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 10-20 parts of magnesium chloride, 5-10 parts of magnesium sulfate, 3-12 parts of magnesium phosphate, 3-12 parts of magnesium acetate, 1-5 parts of magnesium citrate, 1-5 parts of magnesium oleate, 1-2 parts of organic acid and 1-2 parts of glucose. The composite binder is non-toxic, free of pungent smell and environment-friendly, has a very good mixing effect, the volume density of a formed brick blank is greatly improved, the porosity is obviously reduced, the sintering temperature of a sintered magnesia brick is effectively reduced, and the composite binder has relatively good medium-high temperature strength, thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance and long service life. The adopted raw materials are wide in source, small in dosage, simple in using process, wide in application range and low in preparation cost, and therefore large-scale industrial application can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种烧结镁砖用复合结合剂及其制备方法,涉及耐火材料生产技术领域。制备一种无机‑有机复合结合剂,由以下重量份数的原料制备而来:轻烧氧化镁30‑50份、氢氧化镁15‑25份、氯化镁10‑20份、硫酸镁5‑10份、磷酸镁3‑12份、醋酸镁3‑12份、柠檬酸镁1‑5份、油酸镁1‑5份、有机酸1‑2份和葡萄糖1‑2份。本发明的复合结合剂,无毒无刺激性气味、环境友好,具有非常好的混料效果,成型后砖坯的体积密度有很大提高,气孔率明显降低,而且有效降低了烧结镁砖的烧结温度,具有较好的中高温强度、热震稳定性、抗侵蚀性能和使用寿命。所采用的原材料来源广泛、用量少、使用工艺简单、适用范围广、制备成本低廉,因此可大规模工业化应用。
