Anti-settlement structure and settlement compensation method for reorganized and expanded highway filling roadbed
According to the reorganization and expansion road filling roadbed anti-settlement structure and the settlement compensation method, an old roadbed and a new roadbed are spliced through excavation steps, a composite anchor rod is fixedly arranged between the old roadbed and the new roadbed, the head of the composite anchor rod extends out of a side slope of the new roadbed, and an anchor rod beam is pressed on the side slope of the filling roadbed through a pressing plate and a nut; an integral structure is formed between the reorganized and expanded road filling roadbed and the old roadbed, and the settling volume and lateral slippage of the new roadbed in the using process are improved; a grouting pipe is arranged on the composite anchor rod; when a crack is generated between a new road surface and an old road surface or a height difference is generated due to the settlement amount of the new roadbed, or the new road surface is uneven, expansion cement paste is pressurized and injected into the new roadbed through the grouting pipe on the composite anchor rod, and the new roadbed is solidified by utilizing volume expansion generated in the hydration and hardening process of the expansion cement paste. Overall settlement or local area settlement of a new roadbed is subjected to lifting compensation, so that construction in a road driving zone is not needed, normal use of a road is not affected, and meanwhile, the safety of constructors is guaranteed.
一种改扩建公路填土路基防沉降结构及沉降补偿方法,旧路基与新路基之间通过开挖台阶拼接,新旧路基间固定设置有复合锚杆,复合锚杆头部延伸出新路基的边坡,通过压板、螺母将锚杆梁压紧在填土路基的边坡上,使改扩建公路填土路基与旧路基之间形成整体结构,改善新路基在使用过程中沉降量和侧向滑移;复合锚杆上设有注浆管;当新路基沉降量引起公路新旧路面之间产生裂缝,或产生高度差,或新路面不平整时,通过复合锚杆上的注浆管向新路基中加压注入膨胀水泥浆,利用膨胀水泥浆水化和硬化过程中产生的体积膨胀,使新路基整体沉降或局部区域沉降得到抬升补偿,因此无需在公路行车带内施工,不影响公路正常使用,同时保证了施工人员的安全。
