An anchor pile foundation of the anchor pile retaining wall is connected with a top beam of the lattice beam, anchor rods of the anchor pile foundation are downwards inserted into a rock mass, and the anchor pile retaining wall and the lattice beam are fixedly connected with the rock mass through a plurality of anchor rods which are obliquely pulled downwards; a water drainage hole is formed in the anchor pile retaining soil, and the water drainage hole is formed in the outward surface in a downward inclined mode. The method can effectively prevent landslide, and is safe, reliable, good in construction economy, simple in process and rapid in construction.
