The invention discloses a reinforced foundation anti-seepage structure and a construction method thereof. The reinforced foundation anti-seepage structure comprises an original foundation which is an independent foundation or a strip-shaped foundation; the raft plates are connected with the original foundation and are distributed around the original foundation; the anti-seepage structural layer comprises a first anti-seepage layer and a second anti-seepage layer, the first anti-seepage layer covers the original foundation and is arranged between the raft plate and the original foundation, the first end of the first anti-seepage layer extends out of the raft plate, and the second end opposite to the first end is connected with the second anti-seepage layer; and the second impermeable layer is annularly distributed around the second end and extends along the bottom surface of the raft. According to the reinforced foundation anti-seepage structure, leakage water can be prevented from moving upwards and leaking along an original foundation and a gap between the original foundation and a newly-made waterproof roll of a raft plate.
