The invention relates to an automatic leveling system and method for a loader bucket and a loader. The automatic leveling system for the loader bucket comprises a movable arm oil cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic cylinder, the bucket oil cylinder is in driving connection with the bucket; the first displacement sensor is arranged on the boom cylinder and is configured to detect the stroke of the boom cylinder; the second displacement sensor is arranged on the bucket oil cylinder and is configured to detect the stroke of the bucket oil cylinder; the controller is electrically connected with the first displacement sensor and the second displacement sensor, and the controller is configured to receive the stroke, detected by the first displacement sensor, of the movable arm oil cylinder and the stroke, detected by the second displacement sensor, of the bucket oil cylinder; and the stroke of the movable arm oil cylinder and the stroke of the bucket oil cylinder are respectively compared with the preset target stroke of the movable arm oil cylinder and the target stroke of the bucket oil cylinder of the bucket in the leveling mode, so that the stroke of the movable arm oil cylinder and the stroke of the bucket oil cylinder are adjusted, and the leveling of the bucket is realized. According to the automatic leveling device, automatic leveling of the loader bucket can be accurately achieved.
