The embodiment of the invention discloses a liquid heating device, an intelligent pedestal pan and an intelligent cover plate, and relates to but is not limited to kitchen and bath technologies. The liquid heating device comprises a box body with a containing space for containing liquid, a heating mechanism comprising a power supply circuit and a heating assembly, a temperature fuse connected to the power supply circuit and a shell assembly provided with a mounting groove. The temperature fuse is installed in the installation groove and partially protrudes out of the groove opening of the installation groove, and the temperature fuse can abut against the monitoring area located on the outer wall of the box body after the shell assembly is installed on the box body, so that it is guaranteed that the temperature fuse can be effectively attached to the monitoring area, direct contact heat conduction is achieved, and the heat conduction efficiency is higher; the over-temperature triggering fusing action of the temperature fuse is more sensitive, so that the temperature fuse cuts off the power supply circuit after the temperature of the temperature fuse is higher than a preset value, and power supply to the heating assembly is stopped. The box body can cover and seal the notch, the heat preservation effect is better than that of an insulating rubber sleeve, and the timeliness of fusing of the temperature fuse is guaranteed.
