The prefabricated part comprises a first prefabricated part body, a second prefabricated part body, additional steel bars, a special concrete post-pouring section, the first perforated connecting plate and the second perforated connecting plate. The first prefabricated part is provided with a first separation reinforcing steel bar, the second prefabricated part is provided with a second separation reinforcing steel bar, the first perforated connecting plate is partially embedded in the first prefabricated part, and the second perforated connecting plate is partially embedded in the second prefabricated part.
