The invention provides a vehicle access method of a large integrated parking group. Comprising the steps of determining a designated parking space where a vehicle is to be parked; and judging whether the vehicle can enter or leave the specified parking space, allowing the vehicle to directly enter or leave the specified parking space when the vehicle can enter or leave the specified parking space through the variable neutral area, and when the vehicle cannot enter or leave the specified parking space through the variable neutral area, comprising: a mobile mechanical vehicle carrying platform, the position of the variable neutral position area is changed through movement of the mechanical vehicle carrying platform in the first type direction; and the transformed variable neutral area serves as the transformed traffic lane for communicating the specified parking space with the exterior of the parking space unit, and the extension direction of the transformed traffic lane is perpendicular to the first type direction or forms a preset included angle with the first type direction, so that the vehicle can be driven into or out of the specified parking space along the transformed traffic lane. The invention further provides a parking space and a building.
