The invention provides a control method and device for a back door, a vehicle and a storage medium. The control method comprises the steps that a trailer signal is obtained; judging whether the vehicle is in a trailer mode based on the trailer signal; if the vehicle is in the non-trailer mode, a back door lock is unlocked based on a first unlocking instruction or a second unlocking instruction so as to open a back door of the vehicle, the first unlocking instruction is an unlocking instruction sent by a back door handle microswitch, and the second unlocking instruction is an unlocking instruction sent by an instruction module except the back door handle microswitch; if the vehicle is in the trailer mode, the back door lock is unlocked based on the first unlocking instruction, and the back door of the vehicle is manually opened, so that compared with the prior art that the back door cannot be opened when the vehicle enters the trailer mode, the vehicle can also unlock the back door through the back door handle microswitch when the vehicle is in the trailer mode; and the back door of the vehicle can be manually opened as required, so that the experience feeling of a user is improved.
