The lifting device comprises a spring balance mechanism, the spring balance mechanism comprises a spring coiling device, a cone pulley and a pull rope, the spring coiling device comprises a shell, a coil spring and a coil spring shaft, the two ends of the coil spring are connected with the shell and the coil spring shaft respectively, one of the shell and the coil spring shaft is fixed, and the other of the shell and the coil spring shaft is a rotatable rotating part. One end of the pull rope is fixed on the rotating part or a rope wheel which is installed on the rotating part in a rotation stopping mode, the other end of the pull rope is fixed on the cone pulley, and the cone pulley is connected with a wheel shaft of the driving wheel or the driven wheel in a rotation stopping mode. The platform lifting isolation system comprises the lifting device. The resistance of the lifting device is balanced through the spring balance mechanism, no component opposite to the movement direction of the lifting column exists, momentum increase in the movement process is avoided, the requirement for the installation space of the lifting device is reduced, and the lifting speed of the lifting device is increased conveniently.
