The invention provides a method for inhibiting volume expansion of steel slag aggregate, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing steel slag with a modified mixed solution, soaking for 6 hours, and drying to obtain the steel slag aggregate. Wherein the modified mixed solution is prepared by mixing 3% of silicon powder and 0.2 mol/L of sodium citrate. According to the method for inhibiting volume expansion of the steel slag aggregate, physical and chemical properties of the silicon powder and the sodium citrate are cooperated, so that compound components of the steel slag are effectively changed, a more compact and durable microscopic surface structure is formed, the water absorption expansion rate of the steel slag can be rapidly and effectively reduced, and expansion of the steel slag is inhibited; and the expansion rate of the prepared asphalt mixture is further inhibited, the problem that the steel slag is easy to deform in the practical application process is solved, the safety performance is improved, and good popularization value is achieved.
本发明提出了一种钢渣集料体积膨胀抑制方法，包括将钢渣与改性混合液混合均匀，浸泡6h时间后烘干获得。其中改性混合液采用3％硅粉和0.2mol/L柠檬酸钠混合制备而成。本发明所提供的钢渣集料体积膨胀抑制方法，协同硅粉与柠檬酸钠的理化性质，有效改变钢渣的化合物成分，形成更加致密、耐久的微观表面结构，可更快速有效降低钢渣吸水膨胀率，抑制其发生膨胀，进一步抑制其制备的沥青混合料的膨胀率，解决钢渣在实际应用过程中，容易产生形变的问题，提高安全性能，具有良好的推广价值。
