The invention relates to non-magnetic anti-cracking mass concrete, which comprises a main material, an additive and water, the main material comprises the following raw materials by mass: 40-60 parts of white cement, 15-25 parts of slag powder, 2-5 parts of silica fume, 2-5 parts of limestone powder, 1-3 parts of fly ash, and 15-35 parts of aggregate; the admixture comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 3-6 parts of a core-shell structure-based composite phase change material, 2-4 parts of a hydration heat inhibitor, 0.5-1 part of fibers and 0.5-1 part of a water reducing agent; the amount of the water is 10 to 20 parts; the core-shell structure-based composite phase change material is a core-shell structure phase change particle/low-temperature expanded graphite composite phase change material, the core layer of the core-shell structure phase change particle is an organic phase change material, the shell layer is calcium carbonate, and the organic phase change material is a compound of lauric acid, paraffin and stearic acid; the hydration heat inhibitor is dissolved endothermic salt/polyethylene glycol microsphere particles.
