Shale ceramsite concrete material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a shale ceramsite concrete material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The ceramsite concrete material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 360 to 510 parts of cement, 370 to 380 parts of ceramsite, 540 to 550 parts of pottery sand, 0.6 to 0.9 part of additive powder, 7 to 9.5 parts of additive water aqua and 190 to 195 parts of water, the admixture powder is composed of a cement nucleating agent and an acrylic acid-acrylamide copolymer, and the mass ratio of the cement nucleating agent to the acrylic acid-acrylamide copolymer is (70-80): (30-20); the admixture water aqua comprises a mixture of a polyacrylate water-reducing mother solution and a modified polyacrylate early-strength water-reducing mother solution. The ceramsite concrete material provided by the invention is light in weight and high in strength, has better ductility, heat insulation property, cohesiveness, anti-permeability and the like compared with common concrete under the condition of the same strength grade, is used for pouring a precast beam, and can reduce the self weight and save the cost.
本发明公开了一种页岩陶粒混凝土材料及其制备方法与应用。所述陶粒混凝土材料包括如下重量份数的原料:水泥360‑510份,陶粒370‑380份,陶砂540‑550份,外加剂粉剂0.6‑0.9份,外加剂水剂7‑9.5份,水190‑195份;所述外加剂粉剂由水泥晶核剂和丙烯酸‑丙烯酰胺共聚物组成,其中,水泥晶核剂与丙烯酸‑丙烯酰胺共聚物的质量比为(70~80):(30~20);所述外加剂水剂包括聚丙烯酸盐减水母液与改性聚丙烯酸盐早强减水母液的混合物。本发明提供的陶粒混凝土材料,质轻高强,较相同强度等级条件下的普通混凝土,具有更好的延性、保温隔热性、粘结性、抗渗性等,用于浇筑预制梁,可以减轻自重,节约成本。
